Introducing the Lakefront Lakewood Colonial.

Our clients came to us with a clear project brief: update their newly purchased brick colonial to become a contemporary, sustainable and modern home. We developed a series of strategic interventions at the rear of the home that met their functional goals while balancing cohesive harmony and contrast to the existing home. An addition will expand the lower level living space, provide connection to the expansive yard, and create a new roof deck with lakefront views. The kitchen will expand into an existing porch space, and a new portal in the primary suite will give direct views to Lake Erie. Construction slated to begin Summer 2024.
