Young Design Studio provides a variety of services in both residential and commercial projects. We focus on design projects, but also provide consulting services for contractors, design-build companies, and private individuals. Our Scope of Services include: interior design, remodels and renovations, and architectural design for residences.

Design services include:

• Code research and site analysis
  

In the Prelimnary Design phase, we gather information important to the project, which includes the scope of work,

tools for project planning, code related issues, site analysis, budget and scheduling.

• Schematic Design
  

Conceptual design is where we provide design options for the project based on the information gathered. Retain

necessary consultants, such as a structural engineer and contractors.

• Design Development
  

Develop a specific design working with the consultants.

• Construction Documents
  

Provide documentation as required for permit review and construction.

• Construction Administration
  

During the construction of a project, we provide on-site observation of work and coordination with the general

contractor and client.

• Permitting
  

We coordinate the review of a set of completed documents to the city planning or permitting agency to obtain the

necessary permits for a project.
