Brent Young
Brent Young is a Partner at Young Design Studio and brings a broad spectrum of projects types and work experience. Prior to starting Young Design Studio, Brent worked for BOORA Architects in Portland, Oregon. He worked on McCormick & Schmick restaurants, Mesa Center for Performing Arts, residential projects, Newberg High School, Lebenon High School, and Philomath Middle School. He also has experience in residential projects with the Internationally acclaimed SCDA in Singapore, and Useldinger Architects in Los Gatos, California.
He received his Master in Architecture from Syracuse University. His undergraduate degree was in Interior Design from San Jose State University.
Brent is involved in Portland State University as an adjunct professor for the Department of Architecture. He has also volunteered for Architects in Schools and helped design and implement Rigler community garden gazebo.
