The Warren Road multifamily development in Westpark features nineteen 3-story units, which will be a mix of three and four bedroom rentals. The development features a new tree-lined private drive off of warren road with a surface parking lot, retention pond, and a new illuminated walking path. The development is slated to begin construction in Summer 2024.
